June specializes in working with Issues relating to Anger. She has developed a successful course which is accessed by many at a local Health Care Centre in Grimsby. June has co-developed with her colleague Tania A Prince a mindfulness based psychotherapy process called Inner RePatterning.
She offers a wide range of specialized training courses designed to improve understanding of stress, tension, anxiety and other emotional issues. Whilst demonstrating simple, practical self-help techniques to assist staff to stay calm, focussed and positive when under pressure. Training is suitable for health practitioners, carers, health trainers as well as individuals or groups looking for ways to improve personal health and well-being.
