Using a variety techniques adopted and developed to deal with the emotion, deep rooted anger and aggression can be overcome very quickly.  Working in an environment whereby the client(s) feel safe, respected and listened too, the emotions, thoughts, automatic patterns and triggers can be identified and work on. Setting up a strong support system,  using compassion, mindfulness and Inner RePatterning as well as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy allows the client to address, resolve their issues, leading to a healthier, positive lifestyle.  Opportunities are offered to work in a group environment or one-to-one.

What are the benefits of attending Anger Management sessions?

Feeling angry is part of being human and is a natural and often defensive response to attack, whether verbal, physical or imagined whereby adrenalin causes your body to prepare for ‘fight or flight’, increasing energy and tension within the body.  If anger is suppressed, repressed or unexpressed it may lead to:
