What is Reiki Therapy?
As a natural healing system, Reiki is a safe, gentle and non-invasive Japanese technique and specific form of energy healing. Hands are placed above the body or lightly touching non-sensitive areas of the head and body, as in ‘laying on of hands.’ There is no pressure, manipulation or massage and as the energy flows into the recipient it helps to restore balance, promote relaxation and healing within the mind/body system.
