Feedback from student who attended a recent 8 week Mindfulness course: I really enjoyed the course. June was excellent and so calm and understanding, a true practitioner and example of mindfulness. Working in a group was also very beneficial as often people had similar experiences or suggestion to how to address concerns/issues.
I am now recommending mindfulness to friends and colleagues.
It is my opinion anger management and mindfulness is so important. Both of them have helped me cope with my life so much better than before. It has helped me in so many ways to deal with life. June Spencer is so good at what she does.
I honestly believe that it would benefit everybody to go through the 6 week course because it is my belief we would be better people at the end of the course. Not being so quick to judge and criticize people by seeing the bigger picture of people’s lives, the world would be a much better place. J Atterton (2.5.2013)
